Returns Policy

At Cleaning Potions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days.

Returning Items

• Ensure the item is in its original condition.
• Contact our customer service team to obtain a returns authorization number.
• Ship the item back to with the returns label we provide and to simply take to a drop off location.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll process a refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
